3.1 One Account Policy. Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account on axiebet. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, mobile numbers, email addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited.
3.2 Accurate Information. You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, and Philippine mobile number. You are responsible for keeping your account information current and accurate at all times.
3.3 Identity Verification (KYC). axiebet operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process in compliance with Philippine anti-money laundering regulations. You may be required to submit government-issued identification documents, proof of address, and proof of payment method before withdrawals are approved.
3.4 Account Ownership. Your axiebet account is personal to you and may not be transferred, sold, or shared with any other person. You are solely responsible for all activity conducted through your account.
3.5 Registration Acceptance. axiebet reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason.
4.1 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your axiebet login credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time PINs (OTPs) sent to your registered mobile number.
4.2 You must not share your login credentials with any third party. axiebet will never ask for your password via email, SMS, or live chat.

axiebet accepts deposits via the following payment methods available to Philippine residents: GCash, PayMaya / Maya, bank transfer (BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, Security Bank), and debit card. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). Minimum deposit amounts are specified on the axiebet deposit page and may vary by payment method.
Deposits are for gambling purposes only. By depositing funds, you confirm that the money is not derived from illegal activity and that you are depositing for your own personal use.
Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit, where technically possible. axiebet reserves the right to request identity verification documents before approving any withdrawal.

All account balances, deposits, bets, winnings, and withdrawals on axiebet are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱). axiebet does not accept or process transactions in foreign currencies or any form of cryptocurrency.
Note: axiebet does not accept credit card deposits for gambling transactions, in compliance with current Philippine payment regulations. Only debit cards, e-wallets (GCash, Maya), and bank transfers are accepted.
6.1 axiebet may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback, and other promotional incentives to registered players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements that will be communicated at the time the offer is made.
6.2 Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirements have been fully satisfied. Wagering requirements specify the number of times the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit amount) must be wagered before a withdrawal can be requested.
6.3 axiebet reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. Bonuses that have already been credited to an account and are subject to active wagering will not be removed mid-cycle without reasonable cause.
6.4 Bonuses are intended for personal use only. Any attempt to exploit bonuses through collusion, the use of multiple accounts, or any other method deemed abusive by axiebet will result in the cancellation of the bonus and may result in account suspension.
6.5 axiebet reserves the right to determine, at its sole discretion, whether a player qualifies for any particular bonus or promotion.
7.1 All bets placed on axiebet are subject to the specific rules applicable to each game or sport. These rules are available within each game or betting market on the platform.
7.2 Once a bet has been confirmed and accepted by axiebet, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the player. axiebet reserves the right to void bets in the event of a technical error, data feed failure, or manifest pricing error.
7.3 In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of a bet or game, the decision of axiebet shall be final, subject to the formal dispute resolution process outlined in these Terms.
7.4 axiebet reserves the right to impose betting limits on any player, market, or event at its sole discretion and without prior notice.
7.5 Winnings from sports bets are calculated based on the odds displayed at the time the bet was accepted. axiebet is not responsible for errors in odds caused by third-party data providers, and reserves the right to correct such errors and recalculate affected bets.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the axiebet platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:
9.1 All content on the axiebet platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software, and trademarks — is the exclusive property of axiebet or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
9.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the axiebet platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. This licence does not include the right to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any axiebet content.
9.3 The axiebet name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks of axiebet. You may not use these marks without the prior written consent of axiebet.
10.1 The axiebet platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. axiebet makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the availability, accuracy, or reliability of the platform or its content.
10.2 To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, axiebet shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to loss of funds, loss of data, or loss of profits.
10.3 axiebet shall not be liable for any interruption, delay, or failure of the platform caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to internet outages, power failures, natural disasters, or acts of government.
10.4 axiebet's total liability to you in connection with any claim arising from your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
11.1 axiebet is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all players on the platform. We provide a range of tools to help players manage their gambling activity, including deposit limits, session timers, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion.

12.2 Upon termination of your account for cause, axiebet reserves the right to withhold any balance pending investigation. If the investigation confirms a breach of these Terms, axiebet may forfeit the balance in accordance with applicable regulations.
12.3 You may request the closure of your axiebet account at any time by contacting our support team. Any remaining balance (after deduction of applicable bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to your registered payment method following completion of KYC verification.
12.4 axiebet reserves the right to refuse service to any individual at its sole discretion.

14.2 Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall first be submitted to axiebet's internal dispute resolution process. You may raise a dispute by contacting our support team with full details of your complaint.
14.3 axiebet will acknowledge your dispute within two (2) business days and aim to resolve it within fourteen (14) business days. If a resolution cannot be reached through internal processes, the dispute may be referred to the appropriate Philippine regulatory authority.
14.4 You agree that any legal proceedings arising from these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts of the Republic of the Philippines.
